Hi, it's Jason and Leslie, and we created West Hills Studio, and we are Oregon artists.  We started this venture to share our handmade art and a little piece of our lives, and to encourage and inspire others to live free.  We have always lived life our own way, and while it's not always easy, we have found that we have peace, joy, and love we never knew possible. We love the local art of Oregon.  

 

Jason's art incorporates mostly ceramics, but he is versed in mixed media, including metals, painting, and even some live plants.  

 

I, Leslie, enjoy Pacific Northwest wood art, mostly pyrography (woodburning), but also furniture making, and utilizing reclaimed items for new purposes.

We both enjoy photography and capturing our lives through the lens of a camera.

 

We enjoy using reclaimed materials because both Jason and I have been reclaimed, we are believers in Jesus and His restoration. We have seen him work true miracles with us, even though we are still broken and fallible people, and we strive to live our lives honoring God we hope our personal relationship with the Lord shines through in all that we do, and that it somehow encourages you.    

 

We live in a rural community on 10 acres with an English Bulldog, donkeys, Scottish Highland cows, and a few cats that you'll also see featured in our art work. We are also big fans of old cars and trucks, so you may see some automotive inspired art too around these parts.
